We offer many services from a variety of different sellers/providers and they all have different delivery methods and features. We always make every effort to offer services that will not drop, however, there is never a guarantee. 

Unfortunately, that's the nature of this industry. Most of the services we offer come with a REFILL policy, which can be found on the New Order page Service Description. 

If the service you purchase comes with a refill and it is within the refill timeframe we will request that the provider restart your order to complete the delivery and if they are unable to fully deliver what was paid for a refund will be issued for any undelivered services. 

If the order drops after the refill timeframe has expired then there will be no refill or refund of the dropped service. A refill request can be initiated from your QQTube dashboard under Orders. You can learn more about reporting an order here./p>
