We have a full team of in-house Customer Support Specialist. We offer customer support through our Ticket Support System and you can find the link to open a ticket at the top of our website under Support. When you open the support ticket please make sure to give us as much information as possible so that we can quickly assist you with your question or problem. Make sure to always include the link/URL for any orders you have questions about. We offer support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We respond to all support tickets within 24 hours and typically much faster. Please do not open multiple support tickets for the same issue, all tickets are answered in the order they are received and opening multiple tickets will delay the response time for all customers.

You can also see our services on the New Order page, there is a dropdown for every platform and then an additional dropdown for the services offered. You will see a detailed Service Description for each service. Please note that the information listed on the Service and Pricing page and Service Description are estimates or averages and not guaranteed.
The minimum deposit amount for regular customers is $10.00 USD. Resellers have higher minimum deposits in exchange for lower costs for services.
Once you log into your QQTube account there is a box in the top right that says Go To Account, click on that and it will take you to your customer dashboard, then in the top right, you will see Deposit Funds, when you click that you will be directed to our secure payment system. You can then indicate the USD amount you would like to deposit and choose one of our methods of payment. Our minimum deposit amount is $10 USD.
Our current methods of payment are Credit/Debit Cards, Crypto Currency/Bitcoin and WebMoney (you can always find our current payment methods on the checkout page when making a deposit). Credit card and debit cards are both accepted by choosing the Credit Card payment option. Any card with a VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express logo is accepted.
Deposit Refund / Account Balance Refund Policy Any UNUSED funds from deposits in the customer’s account on our website can be refunded back to the original form of payment at the customer’s request when contacting our support team. These requests must be made within 6 months of the original deposit to receive a refund back to the original form of payment. To request an account balance refund please open a Support Ticket on our site or email us at support@qqtube.com. All Support Tickets are responded to within 24 hours and typically much faster. Order Cancellation Refund Policy A customer may request an order cancellation by opening a Support Ticket on our site or by emailing support@qqtube.com. However, once an order is In Progress we cannot guarantee that the order can be stopped. If the order can be stopped a refund will be issued for any undelivered services. In case of partial delivery, if we are able to stop the service, we will cancel the order and refund it to your balance as follows: the amount of the service units already delivered will be deducted from the total amount of your refund (a refund will be issued for any undelivered services). In the case of full delivery, no refund will be made. If the order is canceled by our system because of technical or delivery issues a refund will be issued for any undelivered services. Services Refill / Refund Policy We offer a variety of services and they all have different delivery methods and features. Many of our services come with a lifetime refill/restart if the services we deliver drop. However, some of our services come with no refill/restart and some come with a refill only for a specific timeframe (after the order is placed). It is important that you review the Service Description before placing all orders so that you are familiar with the refill policy. Any time there is a problem with an order please open a Support Ticket and let us know. If the service purchased comes with a refill we will restart the order to complete the delivery and if we are unable to complete the order we will issue a refund for any undelivered services. **All request for refunds (both deposit/account balance refunds and order refunds) should be made by opening a Support Ticket on our site (go to your account and click the SUPPORT link at the top). All Support Tickets are responded to within 24 hours and typically much faster.
We understand that many customers would like to try our services before depositing funds into their QQTube account and placing their first paid order so we offer a Free Service Offer. Our Free Service Offer is a one-time-only offer and not valid for linked accounts. To take advantage of our free services offer, log into your account, click on the Go To Account button in the top right, you’ll see the button for Free Services on the left side of your screen, this will bring you to the page with several social media platforms and their free offers. Choose the platform and Free Service you would like to try. To be eligible for the Free Service Offer you will have to:
1) Verify your email address
2) Sign up for our e-newsletter
3) Follow us on Twitter. After completing the required steps, you will be able to enter the URL and place your order.
Please open a Support Ticket and request to have your account closed.
Any time you would like all or a portion of your QQTube account balance refunded, please open a support ticket and ask for a refund. All refunds are initiated within 24 hours. For security reasons, funds are only refunded to the original form of payment. If your original payment was made by debit or credit card it can take up to 3 days for our payment processor and your card issuer to complete the process of the refund to your account.
Our minimum deposit is $10 USD for regular customer accounts (higher for Resellers). For our individual services, the order minimum will vary based on the service. You can see a list of all services and their order minimums on our Services and Pricing guide, or also on the New Order page for the specific service you are interested in.
Once an order has been placed it is not always possible to cancel it. Many of our services have very fast delivery speeds, therefore making it impossible to cancel the order before it’s delivered. In the event that you need an order canceled please open a Support Ticket and we will do our best to stop it In Progress and then we will issue a refund for any undelivered services. We do not issue refunds for services that have been delivered. We offer no guarantee that an order can be canceled once it is In Progress.
Our delivery methods frequently change as we are constantly making updates and improvements to our systems and services. We cannot give specific details about our delivery methods, that information is proprietary and confidential. You can find specific information about the service you are interested in on the New Order Page/Service Description.

If you don’t see the link format needed for your order, please open a Support Ticket and our Customer Support Specialist will assist you.
The start time for all services can vary and is listed on the Service Description. Some services have an instant start time and others may have a start time that is delayed up to 24 hours. Please be sure you review the Service Description for the service you are interested in before placing the order. Please note that for YouTube services, YouTube doesn’t update all stats in real-time so it can take up to 6 hours for you to see the effects from your order.
The delivery speed depends on several factors such as the delivery method for the service you ordered, the quantity of your order, and our current order demand. On the Service Description you will see the estimated start time and estimated delivery speed for all services. If your order is not complete after 24 hours (based on the order quantity and delivery speed), please open a Support Ticket and our Customer Support Specialist will assist you.
There is never a guarantee that the services we deliver won’t drop. Unfortunately, that's the nature of this industry and we have no control over the social media platforms that we delivery services too. YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc, often make changes in their algorithms which can affect our delivery methods. We strive to deliver the highest quality services, but things can change at any time so we can never give 100% certainty that the services you purchase will not drop. We offer a variety of services and they all have different delivery methods, features and refill policies. You can find the refill policy for each service listed on the Service Description. Any time you have a problem with an order please open a Support Ticket and we will look into it. If the service you purchased comes with a refill we will restart your order to complete the delivery and if we are unable to complete the order we will issue a refund for any undelivered services.
There can be many factors that cause an order to be only partially delivered. If you have an order that is either still In Progress after 24 hours or that has a Complete status but all services ordered have not been fully delivered, please open a Support Ticket and we will look into it.
You will be able to see the estimated retention or watch time for the service you are purchasing on the Service Description. We have a variety of services and they may have different watch times, so please review all the options before placing your order. Our only service with guaranteed watch time/retention is our High Retention Views service (if you don’t see this service listed on the Order Page that means it is currently disabled). Please note that our services frequently change and so may the watch time/retention. NOTE: In most cases the watch time/retention is an average and is not guaranteed.
When possible, we offer a service for Geo-Targeted YouTube Views. To see if this service is available and which countries are offered please go to the New Order page, look at the YouTube Views service options, and look for Geo-Targeted Views. From there you will be able to select the country that your views will be delivered from. If the country you are interested in is are not listed in the dropdown, that means don’t currently have a view delivery from that country. Our available countries change as our userbase of viewers and customers change. If you don't see the option for Geo-Targeted views that means that the service isn't currently available. All other Views services are from viewers Worldwide and the country of origin may change as our delivery methods change. All Geo-Targeted services will be listed as such. If you don’t see Geo in the service title then you can assume it is not Geo-Targeted.
We offer Reseller/Bulk pricing on some of our services for approved customers. We have 2 Reseller status levels, Small Reseller, and Large Reseller. With Reseller account status you will receive discounted prices. To be eligible for Small Reseller status you much have a Lifetime/Accumulated deposit total of $50 or more. To be eligible for Large Reseller status you much have a Lifetime/Accumulated deposit total of $500 or more. If you would like to become a Reseller and have met the deposit requirement, please open a Support Ticket and provide us with the following information:
1. email address associated with your QQTube account
2. your name
3. estimated spending volume per month (USD)
Your information and account will be reviewed and once you have been approved as a Reseller we will share our current Reseller prices with you. Your account is not automatically updated to Reseller status when you reach the accumulated deposit requirement. Reseller prices will not go into effect until you agreed to the new deposit requirement and have received confirmation from us that your account status has been updated. If your account is approved for Reseller status you will have a new deposit requirement in exchange or discounted prices. The deposit minimum is per deposit and any deposit less than the requirement will be rejected. Small Reseller status - $50 minimum deposit requirement Large Reseller status - $500 minimum deposit requirement
To place orders from your own site you can use our API. You can place orders on behalf of your own customers and it will be sent to QQTube for delivery without your customers knowing (unless you mention QQTube yourself.) To do so you will need to view our API documentation here: https://www.qqtube.com/documentation (this information can also be found on your QQTube dashboard). We do not provide technical or development assistance with the installation or integration of the API to your website. You will need to hire a developer if assistance is needed. If you are already using our API and you are having issues placing orders please open a Support Ticket and our Customer Support Specialist will assist you.
Once you log in to your QQTube account, click on Go To Account in the top right of your screen. This will bring up your dashboard, on the left side scroll down the list to Affiliates and click on the link. Here you will find all the information about our Affiliate Program.
Please Note - we do not allow you to refer family members or yourself. If you do then you will be removed from the program and have all earnings forfeited.
You can request an Affiliate payout from your QQTube dashboard.
1. Funds - We will add the amount to your QQTube account as funds for you to use on services. If you have the funds added back to your QQTube account you will receive a 20% bonus.
2. Payout - We will send the amount from your QQTube account to one of our approved payment methods.
Once you have requested an Affiliate Payout it can take up to 30 days before the commission is paid out. The waiting time is so that we can verify all orders and wait the appropriate time to ensure there are no refunds or chargebacks on the orders. When the orders are clear, the payout will be made automatically.
