But don't worry! TikTok will manually review all reports, and if the content is not in violation of their content policy then it will not result in negative consequences for that profile.
A single report will also not affect the user's profile in any way - and there is no way for the user to know who reported their content.

How To Access Your Reported Content
You can access a list of the content that you have reported via the TikTok app after reporting a specific video or profile. However there is currently no way to access this page outside of making a new report.
How To Appeal A Content Violation
If someone has reported your content, you can file a dispute or appeal by following the steps below from the TikTok app:
