Reseller Terms Of Service

QQTube has strict requirements for services offered and are governed by the laws of the United States.

Please make sure you read our terms of service in full before proceeding to offer your service.

PROHIBITED SERVICES and/or DELIVERY METHODS:

We do not allow the use of:
- Hacked accounts
- Stolen profile content including but not limited to: Photo, Bio, Content, Name
- Generated accounts.  “Bots” are not allowed under any circumstances

We do not offer or allow services for:
- Reviews
- Poll Votes
- Dislikes

We do not offer or allow services that increase revenue, including but not limited to ad revenue, misleading or fraudulent clicks, views, plays, page views, etc.

We only offer non-drop services

We do not offer or allow services with an over delivery rate of more than 20%

We do not offer or allow services that prohibit orders from being canceled once in progress. Exceptions to this rule: AdWords, Live Stream, Watch Time Hours (no cancellation is accepted for these services)

Any services that do not abide by the rules will be removed from QQTube and any earnings from these services will be removed or denied from payout.

REGULATIONS and REQUIREMENTS:

QQTube reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate its business relationship with any provider/seller at any time, without prior notice. Upon termination, all provider services will be disabled immediately. Terminated providers may request the withdrawal of their final earnings five (5) days following the completion of the last outstanding order.

All services added are required to go into a Beta Testing Phase for a minimum of 72 hours where you as the provider will process 5 individual beta tests for the minimum quantity set for the service. Exception: YouTube Views have a 1,000 minimum order requirement for testing and will be monitored for 5 days. Our QQTube Beta testers will place orders to test your service and leave an honest review along with verifying the details of your service description. If your service fails beta testing it will be denied from being added to the available QQTube service offerings.  These 5 test orders will be provided at your expense and will not count towards your seller earnings.

Third party information of services purchased by QQTube customers must never be used for financial gain. All profiles, links, videos, user information etc. must be kept private and you agree to never contact, distribute or disclose this personal information while delivering a service for QQTube customers.  Contacting QQTube customers or distributing confidential customer information will result in a termination of your Sell on QQTube account and will void any funds earned.

You agree that the service description you submit is accurate.  Failure to deliver the service in the manner in which you have described will result in QQTube refunding the order(s) in question and funds will be removed from your seller earnings.

You agree that all order issues reported to you by QQTube support staff and/or QQTube customers must be resolved within an average of 24 hours or less. Failure to maintain an order issue resolution average of less than 24 hours will result in your service(s) being automatically disabled and could result in orders with issues being refunded.

You agree that you will maintain an acceptable service/order review ratio of 2.5+ stars after 10 or more reviews. Any service that drops below 2.5 stars will be disabled.

Keeping our account balance on your panel above $500 is required to prevent orders from rejecting due to insufficient funds. Anytime our balance goes below $500 on your panel you will be alerted via TEAMS. If the balance runs out and orders are rejected, your services will be disabled for 7 days. If the balance runs out a second time we will permanently disable your services. The only purpose of having funds available is to prevent orders from rejecting. You will continue to see your earnings on your Sell on QQTube tab on your QQTube dashboard.

*Providers are not permitted to place Beta orders for their own services.

*Providers are prohibited from leaving reviews for both Beta and paid orders on their own services.

Violation of these rules will result in the revocation of Sell On QQTube Provider status. Any currently enabled services will be disabled.

PAYOUTS OF SELLER EARNINGS:

QQTube can not offer services to customers or payout to sellers from the following countries:

        Afghanistan
        Belarus
        Burundi
        Central African Republic
        Congo
        Cuba
        Democratic Republic of the Congo
        Ethiopia
        Iran
        Iraq
        Lebanon
        Libya
        Mali
        Myanmar (Burma)
        Nicaragua
        North Korea
        Russia
        Somalia
        South Sudan
        Sudan
        Syria
        Ukraine
        Venezuela
        Yemen
        Zimbabwe

If there is a question regarding being able to receive a payout for selling your services on QQTube, please contact us before adding your services on our site.

Before payments are made, the seller will have to provide our Accounting Department with the country where they are located, which will determine the payout options available. Our main payout method is through Wise.com, which will send funds directly to your bank. For this payment method, you will be required to provide us with your bank information.  No withdrawal requests will be paid until we have this information.

Cryptocurrency withdrawals are available on a very limited basis when we have crypto available for payout. The availability of crypto payouts is NOT guaranteed. QQTube will attempt to payout via a payment method with the lowest fees allowed based on our ability to send funds to your country. Fees for currency conversion and bank service charges for payments sent to sellers are paid by you as the seller.

Sellers in the United States will be required to fill out a W9 form prior to receiving a payout.

All payout requests from a seller's account have a $50 minimum requirement.
Earnings can be requested for withdrawal every two weeks OR immediately once the available withdrawal balance reaches $500.
After 180 days if you have not reached the $50 minimum, you can request a one-time withdrawal exception to clear your balance. This exception can be used one time only.


You will receive an email notification if these terms are revised at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms reflects the date of the most recent revisions. The most current version of the Terms can be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms of Use" hyperlink located at the bottom of each page of the Site. Your continued access and/or use of the Site after you are notified of the revised Terms constitutes your agreement to any such revised Terms.
QQTube Reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at our own discretion.
