Can I View Analytics For Other Twitter Accounts?
While you can only view the analytics dashboard of a Twitter account that you have login access to, there are some Twitter metrics that you can view for any account, including:

Tweet activity (such as likes, Retweets, comments, and impressions)
You will need to be the owner of the Twitter account to view the following metrics:

Can I View Twitter Analytics From The Mobile App?
While you can only access the full Tweet activity dashboard from desktop, you can still use Twitter analytics from the Twitter mobile app.
To view your Twitter analytics from the mobile app, follow the steps below:

Click the Tweets tab.

Scroll to the media tweet of your choice.

Tap to open the full Tweet view.

Twitter Analytics: Link Clicks
You can view the total number of link clicks on a specific Tweet from your Twitter analytics dashboard or from the insights of a specific Tweet on mobile by following the instructions below.
View Link Clicks On A Desktop Browser
You can access Twitter analytics dashboard by visiting analytics.twitter.com or by following the steps below:

Log in to your Twitter account.

From here, click the Tweets tab.
Scroll to the Tweet of your choice and click it.
This will open the specific Tweet analytics. You will see the number of link clicks on the right hand side, along with other engagement metrics.
View Link Clicks On The Mobile App
To view your Link Clicks from the mobile app, follow the steps below:

Visit your Twitter profile.

Click the Tweets tab.

Scroll to the media tweet of your choice.

Tap to open the full Tweet view.

Tap View Tweet Activity beneath the posting date.
You will see the number of link clicks on the bottom of the Tweet activity page.
Twitter Analytics: Profile Visits
To view your total Profile Visit count you will need to access the Twitter analytics page via desktop.
You can access Twitter analytics dashboard by visiting analytics.twitter.com or by following the steps below:

Log in to your Twitter account.

Click the Creator Studio drop-down menu and select Analytics.
You will see the number of profile visits from the last 28 days at the top of your analytics dashboard.
Where Can I View Twitter Mentions?
To view your Twitter mentions, follow the steps below:
Open your Notifications from the left side menu.
Click the Mentions tab.
This will show a feed only of instances where your profile username was mentioned in a Tweet, in chronological order.
